Cancellation policy

Honorable partners,

 

We inform you about the 2016 trade policy in respect of tickets issuance for passengers and vehicles.

The current ticket discounts for passengers are the following (for all the classes except cabins):

 

Passengers Discounts on a daily basis (7 days a week):

 

STU 35%*

NAT 50%

POL 50%

AMEA50%**

CHI 50%

INF 100% (infant for baby up to 5 years)

 

Open tickets are valid for one year after the date they were issued.

 

For the period between 04/07/2016 and 04/09/2016 the following apply:

Ticket cancellations are allowed until 5 days before the ship’s departure. The tickets will be cancelled without penalty fees or they can be turned into, open tickets or into tickets for a specific date.

After the deadline of 5 days and until 12 hours before the departure, the 50% of the value of the ticket will be withhold for the cancellation. Otherwise, the tickets can still be turned into open or for a specific date.

For the remaining period the following apply:

Ticket cancellations are allowed until 3 days before the ship’s departure. The tickets will be cancelled without penalty fees or they can be turned into, open tickets or  into tickets for a specific date.

After the deadline of 3 days and until 24 hours before the departure, the 50% of the value of the ticket will be withhold for the cancellation. Otherwise, the tickets can still be turned into open for up to 2 hours before the departure of the ship or for another specific date.

For the dates after the ship’s departure, the tickets cannot be cancelled and they cannot be turned into open tickets, with the only exception being that of force majeure rendering the voyage impossible for the passenger and provided that he has the appropriate proving document.

Cars  Discounts:

We inform you that AMEAV 50% discount applies ( for cars belonging to disabled). Moreover we remind you that for the better loading of the ship you might choose the categories IX1˂ 4.25m or IX2˃ 4.25m without any additional charge.

In the case of loss of the ticket, the passenger shall buy a new ticket and then he shall declare in writing to the Company the loss of the old one together with the reference numbers of both the old and the new one. If, after inquiry, can be shown that the specific ticket did not travel, the passenger will be eligible for the return of the fare at the end of the year.
